February 2021 Avery Energy Forecast
Year: Ox & 5
Month: Tiger & 7
We just passed powerful Leo full moon. This year’s energy will embody learning, patience, introspection, and learning flexibility and creativity as we head into a new era.
January was Ox, related to the emotion of anger and frustration, how did you do?
Tiger means focus, eye(s), heart, independent, and territory. 7 means innovation, intuitive, spirituality, study, truth, step up, night sky. It is still intense time to face own negative emotion(energy) inside. I personally went through feeling of my grief from the event of my favorite and only cat, Kona’s transition. I learned a lot, and I become deeper compassion and patient person, how important to just beside of him. I will miss him.
This month, we still feel our heart, emotion, and feeling, and still we need to acknowledge darkness, and choose to focus on positive side. Things and era is moving toward to the wind energy, and there is nothing concrete our society, community, situation, work, and relationship. What we can do, be grateful every moment, and express your gratitude to what we have right now. You can do to family member, friends, and boss, and co-workers, and anyone who you like.
it is the energy of focus of your intuitive idea, and learn more deeper wisdom and find truth. We will still have challenges about Covid-19. Today, when I was talking to doctor, he told me that we have very few Flu patient this year, because we ware masks. That is great things!!! It will have more the coldest winter, so be patient, and instead of focusing
If you plan and make action from your intuitive idea, you will learn a lot. If you analyze your intuitive idea, and then start thinking too long, you may loose the momentum and loose focus. Please listen your intuitive voice, and plan it by asking what I can make it happen.
- Focus on positive side.
- Even situation are not concrete and feels unstable, make sure be grateful the situation as is first, spend more than enough time to feel gratitude, then focus on solution.
- Put your hand on your heart, and feel it, thank it, find what heart desire.
2021 Review and Summary
This year’s Ox is 辛丑 (Xin Chou). 辛 represents Metal Yin (-), which embodies steadiness, patience, certainty, quiet, and introspection. When unbalanced, one may experience energies that resemble something more like growing pains or challenges.
The key to 2021 is building up one’s emotional endurance. Some may think of 2020 when we hear about things that test our emotional strength. Many of us had to face repeated fear, loneliness, concern, anger, etc. Many things that tested our emotional strength and intelligence.
So, if we think of 2020 as the year for the hidden (or the suppressed) working its way to the surface, we also know working through what’s been uncovered requires not only emotional strength, but even more so emotional endurance.
This year, you will find success when you practice patience and control over your emotions instead of allowing yourself to react first. Practice listening to understand, taking time to really process and learn, and then respond.
We will also begin to see or feel a shift in energy this year as we transition to the wind era (from the land era), in preparation for more significant shifts in 2022.
Like all new beginnings, change is not instant. This year may feel like forging a new path through a dense forest. Where progress may feel slower than we’re used to, but once we make it to the clearing at the end of the forest, the potential is energizing.
For example, in the US we are beginning a change in our administration from Trump to Biden. This first year is expected to have hurdles to overcome as a new administration, but once they get their feet under them, they are more likely to gain significant momentum in the years following. Patience, respect, and thoughtfulness on all side will help bring us together and moving forward.
- Practice meditation or other introspective routines (like journaling).
- When considering exercise include mind, breath, and body aligning options like yoga, martial arts, tai chi, etc.
- Observe your emotions, and practice patience both with yourself and others.
