It is important to check in regularly with your emotions throughout this month. Provide yourself the space to process what you’re feeling, accept the current state, and find a path to joy through patience, going with the flow, and trusting your gut (without over thinking).
If you are feeling stagnant, look inwards for opportunities to understand and grow. Avoid seeking external stimuli—it will not be fulfilling.
These steps will help you stay grounded, making sure you’re also aware of reality so you can more easily accept the solution provided and move forward.
